TermoMag experiments at ILL/ESRF in Grenoble
In May-June 2013, inelastic neutron scattering experiments were carried out using the IN6 instrument of the Institut Laue Langevin (ILL, www.ill.eu) in Grenoble to study lattice dynamics of Mg2SixSn1-x compounds. Various powder diffraction experiments had been carried out already last year both at the ILL and the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility (ESRF, www.esrf.eu) by ESA Research Fellows in cooperation with other ThermoMag partners. More experiments are planned for the next future.
